Salesforce QA Engineer

We are seeking a proactive QA Tester to join our team and ensure the seamless functioning of our Salesforce system and related digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, with hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications and an understanding of digital systems integrations.

As a QA Tester, you will work to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure that all system functionalities meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Testing:

o  Test, verify, and validate the functionality, Business processes, performance, and integration of Salesforce features, modules, and applications.

o  Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure Salesforce works seamlessly with other systems.

o  Identify, document, and track defects or issues using defect management tools.

• Testing of Digital Platforms:
• Perform end-to-end testing of associated digital platforms, websites and stand-alone applications.
• Execute functional, usability, and performance tests on web and mobile-based applications.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product, and support teams, to ensure the highest quality deliverables.
• Provide clear and concise feedback on test results, issues, and risks.

Requirements:

• Experience and skills:
• 2+ years of experience in quality assurance testing, with a strong focus on Salesforce and digital platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including testing customizations, workflows, and integrations- an advantage
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Developer Tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience with SQL and databases for back-end testing.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. (Hebrew and English)
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
