UX/UI Designer

We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer with ~2 years of experience who can take ownership of product flows and translate ideas into intuitive, high-quality designs.

This is not a “pixel-only” role — you’ll be expected to think product, challenge assumptions, and design experiences that actually convert and retain users.

Responsibilities

• Develop design solutions for various platforms
• Translate product requirements into clear, intuitive and conversion-focused experiences
• Iterate quickly based on feedback, data, and product needs
• Improve existing UX and identify friction points across the platform
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers
• Maintain and evolve design systems and reusable components
• Use AI tools to accelerate design iterations, generate variations, and improve efficiency
• Take ownership of features — from concept to final implementation

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design
• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and user behavior
• Ability to design both functional flows and polished UI
• Experience working with developers (handoff, constraints, responsiveness)
• Strong attention to detail
• Hands-on experience using AI tools within the design workflow
• Proven ability to leverage AI to speed up design processes
• Comfortable experimenting with new tools and knowing when to rely on AI vs. independent design thinking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving product environment
