We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer with ~2 years of experience who can take ownership of product flows and translate ideas into intuitive, high-quality designs.
This is not a “pixel-only” role — you’ll be expected to think product, challenge assumptions, and design experiences that actually convert and retain users.
Responsibilities
- Develop design solutions for various platforms
- Translate product requirements into clear, intuitive and conversion-focused experiences
- Iterate quickly based on feedback, data, and product needs
- Improve existing UX and identify friction points across the platform
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers
- Maintain and evolve design systems and reusable components
- Use AI tools to accelerate design iterations, generate variations, and improve efficiency
- Take ownership of features — from concept to final implementation
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design
- Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and user behavior
- Ability to design both functional flows and polished UI
- Experience working with developers (handoff, constraints, responsiveness)
- Strong attention to detail
- Hands-on experience using AI tools within the design workflow
- Proven ability to leverage AI to speed up design processes
- Comfortable experimenting with new tools and knowing when to rely on AI vs. independent design thinking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving product environment
