Implementation & Support Specialist – Command & Control Systems solutions

We are looking for a skilled Implementation & Support Specialist with proven experience in Command & Control (PSIM) systems to join our leading team. This role includes technical expertise, customer support, and system deployment. Collaborate closely with clients to ensure smooth implementation, training, and ongoing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strong, ongoing communication with customers (integrators and end-users) locally and internationally
• Collect, analyze, and define user requirements; prepare functional specification documents.
• Deliver professional training sessions on system features and capabilities
• Provide high-level technical support and troubleshoot issues effectively
• Represent customer needs and feedback to the R&D teams
• Manage upgrades, maintenance, and implementation of new system modules.

Requirements

• Proven experience in implementing Command & Control Software solutions (or similar mission-critical platforms) – mandatory
• High-level proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking in English, Spanish - mandatory
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally – mandatory
• Basic Windows & Linux administration
• Networking fundamentals
• System integration experience (APIs/middleware)
• Log analysis & system troubleshooting
• CCTV/VMS familiarity
• Strong system analysis, software solution implementation, testing, and training skills
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and teamwork skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Electronics, or Telecommunications.
• A Senior Technician degree combined with solid experience will also be considered.

Advantages

• Extensive expertise in networking infrastructure, with advanced understanding of TCP/IP protocols and hands-on experience managing enterprise environments, such as Microsoft Domain Controller (DC) and Active Directory (AD).
