The Opportunity: We are looking for a Creative Strategy Lead to bridge the gap between data-driven performance and world-class fashion aesthetics. In this newly created role, you won't just "make ads"—you will build the engine. You will own the end-to-end creative performance strategy, lead a talented team, and leverage cutting-edge AI tools to drive our global growth. Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Own the Roadmap: Architect the creative performance strategy for Oak & Luna across all paid channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
• Build the Function: Establish the workflows and feedback loops between performance marketing and creative production from the ground up.
• Team Mentorship: Lead and inspire a team of designers, editors, and copywriters, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous iteration.

Data & Analysis

• Performance Feedback Loops: Analyze creative performance daily. Turn complex data sets into actionable briefs and creative pivots.
• Testing Frameworks: Design and execute testing methodology for hooks, angles, and formats to optimize the full customer journey.

Creative Execution & Innovation

• AI Integration: Research and implement AI-driven tools (generative video, automated versioning, copywriting) to increase creative velocity and edge.
• Scalable Systems: Build scalable, automated creative systems with performance and brand integrity top of mind.
• Hands-on Strategy: Conduct research, run feedback loops, write compelling copy, and develop ad concepts that stop the scroll.

Requirements:

• 4+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in performance-driven creative, growth marketing, or creative strategy roles (D2C brand or high-growth agency).
• Analytical Mindset: Deep ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into sharp creative direction.
• Creative Intuition: A strong "eye" for fashion and aesthetics combined with a test-and-learn, Direct Response (DR) approach.
• Platform Mastery: Hands-on experience working with Meta, TikTok, and/or YouTube ad platforms.
• Leadership Experience: Proven ability to manage or collaborate closely with cross-functional creative teams (design, copy, video).
• AI & Tech-Savvy: Curiosity and experience leveraging AI tools to optimize creative workflows.
• Native-level English: Exceptional written and spoken English is a must.
