We are looking for an experienced Art Director for one of our clients, an established, profitable technology company developing digital products and platforms for global consumer audiences.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of creative direction across several brands, manage a team of designers, and remain actively involved in concept development and design execution.

We are seeking someone who can connect business priorities with strong creative ideas and translate them into effective campaigns, consistent brand identities, and engaging digital experiences.

What you will do

• Set the creative direction for marketing initiatives, from the initial idea through to final delivery.
• Manage and develop the design team through clear guidance, constructive feedback, and ongoing mentoring.
• Strengthen each brand’s visual identity and ensure consistent execution across channels.
• Create concepts and oversee design for websites, social media, paid campaigns, and other digital touchpoints.
• Partner with marketing, growth, and product colleagues to understand their objectives and develop appropriate creative solutions.
• Prepare actionable briefs, prioritize the team’s workload, and maintain high standards within project deadlines.
• Contribute directly to design work alongside your leadership responsibilities.
• Refine creative workflows and incorporate relevant tools, including AI-assisted production.
• Bring fresh references and ideas into the team’s work while maintaining a clear connection to audience needs.

What you bring

• At least six years of hands-on design experience, including three or more years in art direction or creative leadership.
• A strong portfolio showing original concepts, marketing campaigns, and brand development.
• Experience working with consumer-facing businesses, large audiences, or multiple brands.
• Proven ability to manage designers, support their development, and improve the quality of creative output.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, with practical experience using AI tools for creative work.
• Strong design fundamentals, including typography, composition, visual storytelling, and brand identity.
• Experience delivering creative work in a fast-moving environment where marketing performance matters.

Additional advantages

Experience in motion graphics, video or content production, creative automation, or consumer-facing digital platforms.
