At Rizolv, we are moving beyond simple chatbots. We are building a high-performance, multi-step agentic platform featuring "emotional" avatars. Our goal is to create a system that is fast and intuitive, yet possesses the deep accuracy required to know exactly what to ask, how to respond, and when to pivot.

We are looking for a Lead AI Engineer / Architect to help us build the core infrastructure of our next-generation version.

The Mission

We have a working MVP and a clear roadmap. We are preparing for a full market launch and an investment round in just a few months. Your role will be to take our current foundation and scale it into a robust, sophisticated simulation engine.

Who You Are

• Expert in LLM Orchestration: You know your way around LangGraph, AutoGen, or building custom agentic frameworks from scratch.
• NLP Specialist: You understand the nuances of sentiment, intent, and conversational flow.
• Infrastructure Minded: You don’t just write scripts; you build scalable AI systems that are fast and reliable.
• Visionary: You’re excited by the challenge of creating "emotional" intelligence in digital avatars.
