Frontend Team Leader

Responsibilities-

• People Leadership: Mentoring and leading a talented engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence, growth, and high delivery standards.
• Technical Strategy: Overseeing the development of complex features across a modern stack—Node.js, NestJS, and React within a TypeScript environment.
• Hands-on Execution (20%): Remaining technically involved by contributing to core architecture and high-impact code, with a distinct Client-side/Frontend orientation.
• E2E Ownership: Leading the full development lifecycle, from product requirements to deployment on AWS using advanced CI/CD pipelines.
• Global Collaboration: Working closely with product and engineering leaders across the company’s international sites to scale a world-class platform.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related technological field – Mandatory.
• Leadership Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in managing and leading engineering teams – Mandatory.
• 5 years of professional experience in software development – Mandatory.
• Extensive experience with TypeScript or JavaScript (Node.js/React) – Mandatory.
• A strong affinity and expertise in Client-side (Frontend) engineering within a Full-Stack ecosystem.
• Experience with NestJS, PostgreSQL, and Cloud (AWS) environments is a significant advantage.
