We are looking for a Data Science Tech Lead to drive our AI strategy and lead our DS team. This is a hands-on leadership role combining deep technical expertise in ML/GenAI with the ability to influence business growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead & Mentor: Manage a team of Data Scientists, overseeing professional growth and project delivery.
- AI Strategy: Define the technological roadmap, focusing on GenAI (LLM, RAG) integration.
- Hands-on Leadership: Guide the full model lifecycle—from R&D to production.
- Business Impact: Partner with stakeholders to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4-5+ years as a Data Scientist + 2+ years in technical leadership/management.
- ML Expertise: Deep knowledge of Classic & Advanced models (Boosting, RF, Clustering, etc.).
- Tech Stack: Expert-level Python (Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TF) and SQL (Big Data).
- GenAI Mastery (Must): Proven experience with LLMs, RAG, Fine-Tuning, and Prompt Engineering.
- Big Data: Familiarity with Spark/Hadoop and NoSQL – Advantage.
