Data Analyst

Responsibilities-

• Data Architecture & Modeling: Defining complex Data Models and flows, ensuring a deep alignment between business logic and technical implementation.
• R&D Data Ownership: Responsibility for the reliability, integrity, and usability of massive datasets moving through the R&D pipeline.
• Strategic Collaboration: Working as a central technical pillar alongside Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams to drive data-centric decisions.
• Advanced Analytics & Validation: Developing sophisticated methodologies for Data Validation and Anomaly Detection to identify patterns and insights that directly influence global enforcement actions.
• Technical Execution: Leveraging a modern stack including Python, SQL, Airflow, and Spark to build robust data frameworks and perform complex forensic-style analysis.

Requirements-

• 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst in high-complexity or high-scale environments – Mandatory.
• High-level development proficiency in Python – Mandatory.
• Data Tier Expertise: Expert-level SQL skills for complex querying and data manipulation – Mandatory.
• Proven experience with modern data tools such as Airflow or Spark is a significant advantage.
• Ability to translate complex business "flows" into elegant technical data models.
• A proactive, independent professional who thrives in a "Founding Team" dynamic within a large R&D organization.
