Senior FPGA Team Lead | High-Speed Systems | DSP

We are looking for an exceptional Senior FPGA Team Lead to take a key role in leading complex FPGA developments and driving system-level innovation.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a highly experienced engineer who combines deep technical expertise with the ability to lead, mentor, and drive system-level decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of complex FPGA-based systems
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to FPGA engineers
• Drive system-level design in collaboration with hardware, system, RF, and software teams
• Design and implement advanced DSP algorithms (e.g., filtering, channelization)
• Develop and integrate high-speed data paths and interfaces
• Ensure signal integrity and robust operation of high-speed links
• Optimize designs for performance, latency, and resource utilization
• Own full development lifecycle: requirements → design → simulation → implementation → validation
• Lead lab bring-up, debugging, and performance optimization
• Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and design methodologies

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
• 8+ years of FPGA design and development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with FPGA design end-to-end
• Deep expertise in digital signal processing (DSP)
• High proficiency in VHDL / Verilog / SystemVerilog
• Strong system-level understanding and integration experience
• Deep understanding of SERDES, high-speed transceivers, and clocking architectures
• Proven experience with high-speed link bring-up and lab debugging
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
