What You'll Do

✅ Lead and mentor a team of FPGA engineers

✅ Drive FPGA architecture and RTL design for complex medical devices

✅ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across hardware, software, systems, and product development

✅ Influence technical decisions and product roadmap

✅ Develop high-quality, reliable solutions in a regulated medical environment

What We're Looking For

🔹 B.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering

🔹 6+ years of FPGA / RTL development experience

🔹 2+ years of team leadership, technical leadership, or project leadership experience

🔹 Strong expertise in Verilog and SystemVerilog

🔹 Experience with Vivado, Quartus, Timing Analysis, PCIe, and SerDes technologies

🔹 Passion for innovation, leadership, and developing people
