Technical Manager

We are looking for a Technical Manager to join the Multimission Aircraft Division at IAI’s ELTA Systems.

The role includes:

• Technical, engineering, and operational ownership of multidisciplinary systems within the organization
• End-to-end engineering support for mission aircraft project teams
• Real-time troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues
• Management of configuration updates, engineering change processes, and implementation of new technical procedures and specifications
• Leading cross-organizational interfaces between engineering, operations, and project stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Exact Sciences – required
• At least 3 years of experience in multidisciplinary hardware/software systems – required
• Strong English proficiency (speaking, reading, writing) – required
• Experience with test equipment (ATE / lab systems) – advantage
• Experience with airborne systems – advantage
• Engineering background in radar systems – advantage
• Willingness for international travel
