The Role

We are looking for a skilled, hands-on PPC Manager to join our marketing team as a maternity leave cover. In this role, you will take full ownership of our paid advertising efforts across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

You’ll play a key role in driving qualified traffic, generating high-quality leads, and supporting sales across EDEN’s international network of websites, while working closely with creative, content, social, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Continuously improve performance, efficiency, and lead quality through testing and optimization
• Manage campaigns across multiple international markets and websites
• Monitor and analyze KPIs using GA4, Salesforce, and other analytics tools
• Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages
• Conduct keyword research and audience analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Manage and allocate budgets efficiently based on performance and business priorities
• Support exhibitions, gallery openings, and special events through paid media campaigns

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, especially in Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, budgets, and performance reports
• Experience with GA4 and Excel / Google Sheets (Salesforce and HubSpot are a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
