Mertens – Malam Team is recruiting a Technical Support Team Lead for a leading global company in Rosh HaAyin.
Role responsibilities:
- Managing shifts and providing professional guidance on complex issues and dilemmas
- Overseeing team routines – scheduling shifts, monitoring calls, and giving feedback
- Delivering professional training, knowledge sharing, and managing knowledge bases and content
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of English
- 2 years of experience in technical support – an advantage
- Familiarity with Priority ERP system – an advantage
- Full-time position, including Friday & Saturday shifts;
- 24/7 availability required in case of incidents
