✨ Role Overview:

We are looking for a PMO professional to support senior management in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role involves active participation in meetings, documenting decisions, and tracking tasks and project progress. It is a key position that combines operational execution with process oversight and decision-support activities.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Document decisions, tasks, and action items in real time

• Monitor and track task progress, timelines, and deliverables

• Prepare status updates, reports, and management presentations

• Drive cross-functional coordination and follow-ups

• Identify gaps, delays, and risks

• Support cross-organizational initiatives and ad-hoc tasks

🎯 Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a PMO role

• Relevant academic degree

• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

• High availability and willingness to work beyond standard hours when needed
