Full Stack Team Lead

The Role & Responsibilities

• Reporting to the VP of R&D, the Engineering Team Lead oversees the development of the company’s flagship Consumer applications.
• This strategic role is responsible for establishing and leading a high-caliber technical team, balancing Leadership (50%) with Hands-on Development (50%):
• Distributed Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring a team of engineers across local and international sites, fostering a culture of technical excellence and delivery.
• Full-Stack Ownership: Leading the end-to-end development of web and mobile applications using a modern Node.js, Vue, and AWS stack.
• AI-First Engineering: Spearheading the integration of GenAI tools into the development lifecycle to optimize workflows and drive product innovation.
• Strategic Transition: Overseeing the localization and evolution of mission-critical Consumer products to ensure high-fidelity user experiences at a global scale.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with product and R&D leadership to align technical execution with the company’s long-term business goals.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in software development within high-end technology environments – Mandatory.
• 2 years in a team management or technical leadership role – Mandatory.
• Proven experience in building and scaling Consumer-facing applications (B2C / B2B2C) for Web or Mobile – Mandatory.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using modern AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Copilot) in a professional capacity – Mandatory.
• Strong background in Full-Stack environments; experience with Node.js, Vue, or React is a significant advantage.
• Ability to effectively lead and synchronize a distributed team in a dynamic, global organization.
