The Role & Responsibilities-

• The Frontend Lead joins as a foundational member of the core engineering team, taking full ownership of the client-side domain.
• Reporting directly to the Head of R&D, the role involves architecting and building the interface of a high-stakes financial platform:
• Architectural Ownership: The Frontend Lead designs and implements the frontend architecture from the ground up, ensuring a secure, scalable, and elite user experience.
• Core Engineering: The individual leads the development of a complex SaaS ecosystem using a modern stack based on React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Strategic Impact: The position plays a critical role in defining the product's technical direction, UI/UX standards, and engineering culture during the company's formative stage.
• Cloud-Native Development: The role focuses on architecting robust, cloud-based features that meet the rigorous security and performance demands of global B2B enterprises.

Requirements-

• 8 years of professional software development experience – Mandatory.
• Frontend Mastery: A proven track record in architecting and building complex, high-scale web applications using React – Mandatory.
• Technical Breadth: Significant experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript – Mandatory.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Hands-on experience developing and scaling solutions within Cloud environments – Mandatory.
• Founding Mindset: A proactive approach with the ability to lead a new product domain
