The Role & Responsibilities-

• Joining a core engineering team, the Senior Frontend Engineer is responsible for developing a sophisticated, high-scale digital ecosystem, tackling complex production challenges at the intersection of law and technology:
• Platform Development: Leading the development of complex, high-performance web interfaces using React, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience for a massive user base.
• Scale & Reliability: Solving architectural frontend challenges within a high-traffic production environment, with a focus on optimization and low-latency performance.
• Product-Led Innovation: Partnering closely with Product and Design teams to translate intricate legal workflows into elegant, functional, and user-friendly digital solutions.
• Engineering Standards: Contributing to the frontend technical roadmap, advocating for best practices, and ensuring elite code quality across the entire client-side stack.

Requirements-

• 5 years of professional experience in Frontend Development – Mandatory.
• Significant hands-on experience (2+ years) with React in complex environments – Mandatory.
• A proven track record of working on high-scale B2C/C2B products with substantial traffic and production demands.
• Deep understanding of modern web architectures, state management, and the ability to solve complex UI/UX challenges.
