Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Product Insights: Leveraging SQL and Python to analyze complex user behavior and identify growth opportunities within a high-scale SaaS ecosystem.
• Experimental Excellence: Leading the design and execution of sophisticated A/B tests, translating experimental results into actionable product features.
• Analytical Infrastructure: Implementing modern analytical tools and streamlining internal data processes to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• GenAI Innovation: Utilizing and implementing GenAI tools to automate data workflows and provide advanced predictive modeling.
• Strategic Impact: Partnering closely with Product and R&D leadership to define KPIs and ensure a data-first approach to global product scaling.

Requirements-

• 6+ years of experience as a Data/Product Analyst within high-caliber product companies – Mandatory.
• Significant experience working within B2B SaaS environments – Mandatory.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python for complex data manipulation – Mandatory.
• Proven track record in designing and analyzing A/B tests – Mandatory.
• Previous experience in at least two different product organizations is highly preferred.
• A proactive problem-solver with a passion for turning raw data into strategic business value in a fast-paced environment.
