Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale Google UAC campaigns with full ownership over budgets and performance (CR, CPA, ROI)
• Identify and scale new growth opportunities across UA channels
• Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance
• Build and maintain structured testing roadmaps across campaigns
• Develop and execute monthly media plans aligned with business goals
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using advanced analytics tools
• Generate actionable insights and data-driven reports
• Collaborate closely with the in-house creative team to improve ad performance
  
  

• Proven experience managing Google UAC campaigns - Must
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Hands-on experience working with large datasets
• High proficiency in Excel
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive (“self-starter” mindset)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
