IT Support & Systems Administrator

We’re looking for a hands-on IT Support & Systems Administrator to own IT operations in our Israel office.

This is not a ticket-only role — you’ll be the go-to person for everything IT, with real ownership, autonomy, and the ability to improve how things work.

You’ll work closely with our global IT team while managing all local systems, support, and infrastructure.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the onsite IT owner for the Israel office
• Support employees across Windows, Mac, and Microsoft 365
• Set up and manage laptops, accounts, and access (onboarding/offboarding)
• Manage SharePoint sites, permissions, and structure
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, Wi-Fi, and VPN issues
• Handle updates, backups, and basic security controls
• Work with vendors when needed
• Improve processes, fix recurring issues, and keep things running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in IT support / system administration
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (especially SharePoint)
• Comfortable supporting Windows & Mac environments
• Solid understanding of networks (Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP)
• Someone who takes ownership and solves problems fast
• Good communication and a service mindset
• Comfortable working onsite and hands-on

Nice to Have

• Azure / Entra ID experience
• Cloud exposure (Azure / AWS)
• Basic cybersecurity knowledge
• Experience supporting global teams
