Support Engineer

A well-established B2B Data Analytics & FinTech company that has been a market leader for over a decade. The organization develops sophisticated online platforms that streamline procurement and business automation, connecting large-scale suppliers with retail networks.

Based in the Central District and operating under a Hybrid work model, the company maintains a stable workforce of approximately 120 employees and fosters a professional, growth-oriented environment at the intersection of Big Data and financial technology.

Responsibilities

• Networking & Security: Executing independent, hands-on configuration of network switches and managing enterprise-grade Firewall policies.
• Strategic Upgrades: Spearheading cross-organizational system projects, including remote access (VPN) solutions and infrastructure scalability.
• Operational Resilience: Oversight of comprehensive monitoring, backup protocols, and proactive troubleshooting for all corporate IT assets from end to end.
• Technical Authority: Acting as the escalation point for complex Tier 2–3 infrastructure challenges and providing advanced end-user support.

Requirements

• Hands-on Experience: Significant professional experience in System Administration and IT infrastructure within high-tech settings – Mandatory.
• Networking Proficiency: Proven ability to independently configure Switches and manage Firewalls – Mandatory.
• System Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of Active Directory (AD) and Windows Server environments – Mandatory.
• Connectivity & Security: Practical experience with VPN implementations and remote access technologies.
• Execution Capabilities: A track record of managing infrastructure projects and system upgrades from inception to completion.
• Professional Attributes: A proactive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
