Responsibilities

• This is a high-impact engineering role focused on building a production-grade GenAI product from the ground up.
• AI Engineering & Scaling: Implementing and optimizing Pre-trained LLMs, focusing on deployment, model comparison, and large-scale GenAI performance.
• Production-Grade Development: Writing high-performance Python code to build robust backend infrastructures, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native databases.
• Applied Research: Conducting rapid research cycles focused on Multi-agent LLM systems and solving complex production-level AI challenges.
• Foundational Influence: Partnering with the founders to architect the core platform, ensuring scalability, security, and elite user experience from day one.

Requirements

• Engineering Foundation: At least 5 years of professional software development experience – Mandatory.
• GenAI Expertise: At least 1 year of dedicated experience developing with LLMs and Generative AI frameworks – Mandatory.
• Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Python and experience with Cloud-native architectures – Mandatory.
• Architectural Depth: Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, modern databases, and AI/ML engineering best practices.
• Startup Mindset: A proactive "builder" with the desire to join an early-stage venture and take full ownership of mission-critical features.
