Customer Success Manager - Italian speaker

We are looking for a driven Italian-speaking Customer Success Manager to support our growth in Italy and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Your Role

Act as the main point of contact for your customers, guiding them from first interaction to long-term success—combining onboarding, support, and sales.

Main Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor for Italian-speaking customers, from first contact to long-term follow-up
• Manage inbound leads, guide prospects through the sales cycle, and close deals
• Onboard and train customers while providing ongoing support to ensure satisfaction and engagement
• Monitor customer health, driving retention and growth opportunities
• Handle multiple communication channels (phone, chat, email, CRM tools)
• Share customer insights with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams, and contribute to team improvements

Requirements

• Fluent Italian (native-level) and professional proficiency in English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset
• Fast learner, patient, and solution-oriented, able to adapt quickly
• Comfortable multitasking across tools and managing multiple interactions
• Interest in healthcare technologies; experience in customer success, support, or sales is a plus
• Calm, structured, and effective under pressure

Nice to Have

• Experience in patient care or working with elderly populations
• Additional European languages (French, Spanish, etc.)
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
