About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, analytical Customer Success professional with strong business orientation to lead the strategic and day-to-day relationship with company customers. The role includes leading pilots and end-to-end implementations, ongoing customer support, data analysis, and presenting business value to senior management. This is a significant role at the core of the company, with direct impact on customer success, retention, and the value they derive from the system. The role combines deep analytical thinking with strong interpersonal skills and cross-organizational process leadership.
What You'll Do
- End-to-End Customer Management: From Go-Live through ongoing support and deepening of activity.
- Pilot Leadership and Meetings: Leading pilots, weekly status meetings, and summary presentations to management.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Analyzing data and producing business insights (KPIs, ROI, trends, gaps, and opportunities).
- Excel and System Reports: Ongoing work with Excel and system reports for monitoring, measurement, and performance improvement.
- Opportunity Identification: Identifying opportunities to expand activity and increase value for the customer.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Working closely with product, development, automation, and support teams.
- Building and Delivering Presentations: Building presentations and delivering them to managers and senior stakeholders.
- Project Management: Managing multiple projects in parallel while meeting goals and deadlines.
Requirements (Must Haves)
- Customer Experience: At least one year of experience working with customers (Customer Success / account management / support).
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent people skills and ability to drive stakeholder engagement.
- Presentation Experience: Experience preparing and delivering presentations to customers or senior management.
- Independence and Responsibility: Independence, accountability, and ability to work in a dynamic and intense environment.
- Availability: Very high availability.
- Driver's License and Travel: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customers as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Procurement and Supply Chain Knowledge: Familiarity with procurement and supply chain processes.
- SaaS Experience: Experience in SaaS or technology systems.
- Enterprise Experience: Experience working with industrial companies / large organizations.
- Excel Proficiency: Very strong Excel skills (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, and advanced functions).
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and draw
