Comblack is hiring a PMO for a large and stable organization in the Shfela region!
The role includes closely supporting technological development units, leading annual and quarterly planning processes, aligning tasks with strategic goals, and implementing organizational methods and process improvements to enhance delivery and remove bottlenecks in a complex organization.
What are we looking for?
4+ years of experience in managing and controlling technological projects (a significant advantage for experience in large organizations).
Expertise in supporting complex projects using Agile and hybrid methodologies (Agile / Scrum / SAFe).
Proven experience in building quarterly work plans (PI Planning) and managing dependencies across units within a portfolio.
Strong data analysis skills, ability to derive insights, and present a clear visual status for decision-making.
