For a leading software and integration company, bridging the gap between internal product development and high-end IT outsourcing (OS) solutions for Israel’s top-tier organizations.

We are looking for a powerhouse recruiter to join our HR team and help us discover the industry's next top talents.

What will you do?

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full lifecycle for various technical roles (Development, Data, Infrastructure, etc.).
• Hybrid Recruiting: Lead both internal hiring and outsourcing (OS) recruitment for global and local clients.
• Proactive Sourcing: Execute deep-dive sourcing on LinkedIn and social networks to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Candidate Experience: Own the process from the initial screening call through in-depth interviews to the final contract stage.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and strategic clients to define requirements and deliver the right talent.

What are we looking for?

• Recruitment/Sourcing Experience: Mandatory. Technical recruitment experience is a plus, but if you have the "recruitment DNA," we will provide the technical training.
• LinkedIn Proficiency: Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a significant advantage.
• A "Hunter" Mindset: A passion for finding "hidden gem" candidates and a creative approach to sourcing.
• Multitasking Abilities: Proven ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional Communication: Strong "sales" skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and managers alike.
• Fluent English: High level of reading, writing, and professional communication.
