Clear Gate is seeking an Entry-level Penetration Tester to join our growing team of experts who will perform expert-level services. Responsibilities:

• Perform penetration tests and vulnerability assessments to identify security weaknesses in web and mobile-based applications and APIs using multiple tools and tactics.
• Assess cyber security risks for weaknesses and gaps according to probability and impact.
• Write comprehensive and accurate technical reports explaining the weaknesses and providing a mitigation plan to reduce risk.
• Develop and improve scripts, tools, or methodologies to enhance the risk assessment.
• Continuously enrich knowledge by staying actively updated on the latest attack vectors, techniques, and tools in the cybersecurity field.

Requirements:

• Experience in training platforms such as Hack the Box, TryHackMe, PortSwigger, etc.
• Good understanding of the OWASP testing methodology.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Certifications such as OSCP, eWPT, and GWEB are an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of tools used for web/mobile applications penetration testing.
• Good understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Basic understanding of programming and scripting languages such as JavaScript, Java, Python, and Bash.
• Ability to document and explain technical details in a concise, understandable manner.
• Ability to manage and balance own time among multiple tasks.
• Ability to think outside the box and a hacker mindset.
