User Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a User Acquisition Manager to join our Tel Aviv team. In this role, you will manage user acquisition strategies, large-scale digital campaigns, and drive performance across display and social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute data-driven user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Linkedin,Google and other major platforms.
• Optimize performance by analyzing key metrics and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
• Design and manage A/B and multivariate tests to enhance campaign efficiency and maximize results.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Monitor and manage budget allocation to ensure cost efficiency while meeting revenue targets.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying and leveraging new opportunities for growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with external platform contacts (POCs) to stay informed and optimize campaigns.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition or performance marketing, with a proven track record in global, high-budget campaigns.
• Expertise in digital marketing platforms—Meta(Must!), TikTok, Google Ads,LinkedIn-Advantages.
• Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Pivot tables, looker studio, Google Analytics, or other attribution platforms.
• Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture goals with detail-oriented execution.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• High-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
