Full Stack Team Lead

The platform integrates cutting-edge GenAI to handle coding, design, and animation automatically. Located in Central Israel (prime high-tech district with direct train access), the company operates a hybrid work model with two days remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• End-to-End Founding Engineering: Taking 100% ownership of building a complex system from the ground up, with a balanced 50/50 split between Frontend and Backend development.
• AI Product Integration: Designing and deploying LLM-based features, including Retrieval systems and AI Agents integrated directly into the core user experience.
• Autonomous Task Execution: Building product features that span the entire stack—from the UI/UX through the backend logic to cloud infrastructure.
• Polyglot Development: Working across a diverse technological landscape including Node.js, Python, and JavaScript to build robust AI applications.
• Prompt Engineering Mastery: Leveraging advanced Prompt Engineering and fine-tuning techniques to optimize the generative output of the platform.
• Cloud-Agnostic Infrastructure: Managing and scaling deployments across various cloud environments to support high-compute AI workloads.

Requirements:

• 5 years of professional experience in Full-Stack Development – Mandatory.
• 3 years of hands-on experience with AI (LLM or ML) – Mandatory.
• Advanced Prompt Engineering: Proven experience in designing and optimizing prompts for complex AI tasks – Mandatory.
• Backend Versatility: Professional experience in Node.js, Go, or Python – Mandatory.
• Frontend Proficiency: Solid experience with modern Frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or similar) – Mandatory.
• Elite Background: Significant experience from top-tier technological military units (with Keva service) or leading product companies – Mandatory.
