The company is located in Central Israel (prime location with direct access to major train and light rail hubs) and operates a hybrid work model with two days remote flexibility..

Role Overview:

• Technical Leadership: Serving as the Frontend Authority within a growing R&D team, providing technological guidance and driving architectural decisions for the client-side.
• Core Product Development: Leading the design and implementation of sophisticated SaaS interfaces using React and Next.js.
• State Management & Performance: Architecting complex state management solutions (Redux/Zustand) and optimizing performance for high-scale data visualization tools.
• Modern Tooling: Working within a robust CI/CD environment, ensuring high-quality delivery and seamless integration of frontend components.
• Cross-Stack Collaboration: Partnering with AI and Backend engineers to integrate complex model outputs into intuitive, customer-focused dashboards.
• Founding Influence: Shaping the frontend roadmap and design systems as a senior technical stakeholder in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in building SaaS software using modern frameworks (React, Next.js, etc.) – Mandatory.
• 1+ years of experience as a Tech/Team Lead in the frontend domain – Mandatory.
• Deep Architectural Understanding: Strong grasp of SPA/PWA architectures and state management patterns – Mandatory.
• Engineering Fundamentals: Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Modern Web Standards: Familiarity with performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Self-Driven Mindset: Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong focus on end-user experience.
