Flowlease is a SaaS platform for managing, analyzing, and optimizing commercial real estate for retail chains and real estate companies.

The system manages leases, payments, financial calculations, reporting, and BI, turning complex data into an operational control and AI-driven decision-making platform.

This is not a simple web app — it is a system with complex financial logic, a calculation engine, data models, reporting, automations, and AI components.

The company is only six months old, already with a live product, paying customers, and thousands of properties managed in the system, and is growing super fast!

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join us at an early stage, take a central role in developing the system, and lead the technological development and architecture in practice.

This role combines end-to-end development with system and architectural thinking, working with data and complex business logic, and having a real impact on how the product and system are built.

The right candidate will be responsible not only for writing code, but also for making technical decisions, defining standards, working with external developers, and helping build the technological foundation the company will scale on.

• End-to-end feature development (Frontend + Backend)
• Writing complex business and financial logic
• Designing and developing data models
• Working with PostgreSQL and complex queries
• Building APIs
• Working on the reporting and data system
• Improving architecture, performance, and scalability
• Code reviews and defining development standards
• Working with and managing external developers / freelancers
• Developing data and AI-based features

JavaScript / TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Supabase

• 4+ years of software development experience
• Strong backend development experience
• Frontend development experience with React
• Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL / SQL Server)
• Experience building APIs
• Experience working on systems with complex business logic / data
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of features end-to-end
• System design and architectural thinking

• Experience with financial systems / Billing / Payments / ERP
• Experience with data systems / BI / reporting
• Experience designing system architecture
• Startup experience
• Experience with TypeScript
• Experience with Supabase
• Experience with Python
• Experience integrating AI tools into products
• Experience with complex permission systems (Roles / Permissions)
