Angelina is building the AI Workforce OS, an enterprise governance and control-plane platform that turns AI agents into managed digital workers. We give organizations identity management, policy enforcement, budget controls, organizational memory, and full audit trails for their AI agents. Think of it as the HR and IT department for a digital workforce. Our platform is already in production with higher education, manufacturing, and public-sector customers in Israel and internationally, including on-premise deployments for enterprise and government clients.

We're looking for a Senior Fullstack AI Focused Software Developer to join our core engineering team full-time at our Tel Aviv office. You'll help build and scale the systems behind Angelina's AI agent infrastructure. The work spans the whole stack: backend services, databases, and the interfaces customers use to manage their digital workforce. There is a strong focus on the systems that let AI agents operate safely and reliably in production.

The stack is broad: Python, React, PostgreSQL/pgvector, agent orchestration, MCP, Keycloak, AWS, and more. You don't need to be an expert in every technology listed. We want a strong senior generalist who can pick up what's needed and own problems end-to-end.

You'll work side by side with the founders and the R&D team.

• Design and build fullstack features across Angelina's platform, including backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces
• Build and maintain integrations with our identity (Keycloak), file storage (SeaweedFS), and LLM gateway (LiteLLM) systems
• Design and implement the policy and guardrail logic that governs agent behavior in real time, such as budget limits, intent violations, and guardrail breaches
• Contribute to AI agent and agentic workflow development, including tool integration (MCP) and LLM orchestration, as the team grows this area
• Own features end-to-end: data modeling, API design, business logic, and UI
• Deploy and operate containerized services on AWS (ECS/Fargate) and in customer on-premise environments
• Work directly with founders and customers on real production deployments; your code ships to enterprise and government customers
• Help shape architecture decisions as we scale the platform

• 6+ years of professional software development at a senior level, with strong fullstack ownership
• Strong Python skills in production backend development
• Experience building and operating SaaS products, including multi-tenant architecture, authentication, and usage metering
• Solid database experience: PostgreSQL is required, and experience with vector databases (pgvector or similar) is a strong plus
• Comfortable across the stack: backend services, APIs, and frontend (React or similar)
• Experience with containerized deployments (Docker, AWS ECS or equivalent)
• Experience building LLM-powered applications, AI agents, or complex AI-driven workflows is strongly preferred
• A strong understanding of security and identity concepts (SSO, OAuth/OIDC, Keycloak or similar) is a plus
• A startup mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, moving fast, and owning problems end-to-end
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

• Experience with LLM gateways and routing (LiteLLM or similar)
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar agent-tool integration standards
• Experience with Vector DBs.
