What You’ll Do
- Own the monthly FP&A cadence end-to-end (BvA, MoM performance, variance analysis, and management reporting)
- Own and support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across the business
- Build and maintain financial models to support headcount planning, investment decisions, and resource allocation
- Partner closely with teams across GTM, R&D, Operations, and G&A to support planning and decision-making
- Own data accuracy and reporting flows across Finance, HR, and Business Ops systems
- Deliver business-focused analyses (e.g., spend trends, performance deep-dives)
- Support strategic and ad hoc projects as Wonderful continues to scale globally
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a similar analytical role
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS / tech / AI environment
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning processes end-to-end
- High ownership mindset and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and confidence partnering with senior stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field
