Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Technician for our Tel Aviv-Yafo location. The Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Apple products, providing exceptional in-store technical support and solutions. Responsibilities include performing hardware and software troubleshooting, explaining device functionality and repair processes to customers, and ensuring high service standards. This is an on-site position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in hardware diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of Apple products
• Strong understanding of software troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Customer service skills to engage and support clients effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality repairs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
• Basic sales knowledge and ability to provide technical advice for product purchases
• Familiarity with Apple ecosystem and passion for technology
• Fluency in Hebrew and English required
• Technical certification in IT or electronics is a plus
