We are looking for a skilled Solution & Technical Architect to design, implement, and manage AI agents across our environments.
This role combines solution design, prompt engineering, QA, and infrastructure deployment for AI-driven workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement AI agents, including scripts, flows, and custom evaluations.
Lead rigorous QA to ensure ethical and reliable agent behavior.
Build and manage infrastructure for AI agent deployment and monitoring.
Integrate systems using SQL, REST APIs, and advanced workflows.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in Data Cloud and Agentforce.
Strong knowledge of LLMs, ReAct, RAG, and Prompt Engineering.
Expertise in Core & Integration architecture, SQL, Vector Databases, and complex integrations.
Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and committed to ethical AI.
