At Tarzo, we’re building the operating system for media buying — a unified platform where automation, real-time decisioning, and AI-driven creatives power performance at scale. Our goal is simple: remove the manual grind and let top buyers move faster, smarter, and bigger.

We’re hiring a PPC Campaign Manager (Google Ads) to own performance end-to-end and help shape the niches, partners, and directions we invest in.

What You'll Own

Full ownership of PPC campaigns: research, structure, launch, optimize, scale
Large monthly budgets with real accountability
Keyword strategy, bidding models, and search term expansion
Development of new niches and growth opportunities
Direct ownership of key partner relationships (platforms, affiliates, publishers)
Proactive testing across search, display, and performance channels
Close work with business development, media leadership, product, and creative

Who You Are

1+ years of hands-on Google Ads / PPC experience at scale (ecom, leadgen, brands)
Comfortable owning both results and partner relationships
Strong commercial and analytical instincts
Confident managing significant budgets in fast-moving environments
Deep understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, and campaign structure
Independent, sharp, and execution-driven
Strong English + Excel/Sheets
Curious, competitive, and ambitious
