Engineering Manager

We’re Hiring: Engineering Manager | Defense Industry

A leading defense company located in the Shfela region is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and drive engineering excellence across the organization.

• Lead the engineering domain and manage end-to-end engineering processes
• Manage Components Engineering, including selection methodologies, product fit, cataloging, and ensuring component availability
• Drive NPI (New Product Introduction) processes – transferring products from R&D to mass production, including prototype planning and support
• Lead product transfer from development to production in collaboration with manufacturing, operations, and quality teams
• Own Configuration Management – including engineering changes (ECOs), revisions, BOMs, and version control
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve engineering methodologies and processes
• Approve engineering drawings with a focus on manufacturability and define work instructions as needed

• Practical Engineer (Electronics / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering)
• At least 5 years of experience in engineering roles
• Strong understanding of manufacturing quality processes
• Proven hands-on experience
• Experience working with customers
• Background in the defense industry
• Familiarity with PLM / ERP systems
• Strong leadership skills, system-level thinking, and ability to drive cross-functional processes
