Social Media Manager (Maternity Leave Cover + Option for Extension)

📍 Airport City | Hybrid (1 day remote)

We’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join the Columbia retail network for a maternity leave replacement, with the potential for extension.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and maintain the brand’s social media channels on a daily basis
• Create and write engaging organic content across platforms
• Develop digital concepts and social media strategies
• Handle customer interactions and community management
• Collaborate with influencers and content creators (UGC-focused partnerships)
• Plan, produce, and manage content shoot days

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in social media management and influencer collaborations ( חובה )
• Strong copywriting skills and creative thinking
• Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines
• Deep familiarity with Instagram and TikTok, including trend identification and implementation
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

• Experience with design and editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms
