What will you do at SuperPlay?:

Act as the operational backbone of the Product organization, enabling Product Managers to focus on strategy, discovery, and quality deliverables.

Support product teams that by:

• Building and managing timelines, milestones, and execution plans
• Coordinating tasks, dependencies, and delivery across teams
• Ensuring fast, structured execution for quick-shipping
• Design, document, and continuously improve cross-functional product pipelines, including:
• Economy, Monetization,product, operations
• Own visibility and tracking of horizontal and cross-team initiatives, ensuring alignment, transparency, and early risk detection.
• Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and friction points in product workflows, and turn them into scalable processes.
• Establish best practices, frameworks, templates, and rituals to improve execution consistency and predictability.
• Partner closely with Product Leadership to improve planning, prioritization, and delivery effectiveness across the organization.

• Two years of experience in Product Operations, Project Management, Program Management, or similar roles in a tech-driven organization.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycles and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and execution across multiple teams.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Strong communication skills — written and verbal (Hebrew and English)
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders as part of product delivery.
• Ability to design processes that balance speed, clarity, and scalability.
• Strong hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday)
  
  

• Experience in gaming, mobile, or live-ops environments.
• Experience working closely with Economy, Monetization, or Analytics teams.
• Experience scaling processes in a growing organization.
