Product Operations Manager

VYBS rewards mobile gamers with gift cards for discovering new games. Players install games from leading game studios, complete milestone tasks, and earn as they play.

We're a small team that runs on AI: Claude and AI agents are part of how we build, analyze, and operate every day.

You'll own production at VYBS: everything a user sees in the live app, from the offers and rewards in front of them to the events they play and the features they use. If it's live, it's yours, and it has to be correct, on time, and working. Product and Economy decide what should go live. You own what actually is live.

What you'll do

• Launch LiveOps events, game offers, A/B tests, and new features, and roll them back when needed
• Know the state of everything live at any moment, and catch problems before users or partners do
• Lead the response when something breaks, and keep game studios and Support in the loop
• Build and run AI agents that QA configs, monitor live offers, and draft updates, and keep automating away manual work

What you bring

• 3+ years in technical operations, LiveOps, ad ops, or a similar role
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude in your daily work, with real workflows you've automated
• Comfort with data: dashboards and advanced spreadsheets. You notice when a number looks wrong and know how to dig into why.
• Sharp attention to detail, even when moving fast
• Calm under pressure, and comfortable making a call on your own
• You genuinely enjoy owning operations and making things run smoothly

Experience in mobile gaming, attribution tools like AppsFlyer, or building agentic workflows is a plus.
