We are a global consumer goods company specializing in innovative products for parents and children (www.Doona.com). As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Brand Designer to join our Marketing team in Herzliya.
What You’ll Do:
- Design various projects across multiple digital platforms (Website, social media, Newsletters, Ads, etc.).
- Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns for lifestyle/consumer brands.
- Create visually compelling content aligned with brand DNA and performance goals.
- Design UX/UI experiences that drive engagement and conversion.
- Produce motion graphics and short-form video content for social and paid channels.
- Designing ad assets for Google, Facebook, and other paid advertising platforms.
- Designing Social Media creative for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube & Affiliates.
- Mentoring and supporting Junior Digital Designers.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience designing for lifestyle or consumer product brands - a must.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital campaigns, UX/UI, and motion/video work.
- Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and conversion-driven design.
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma/XD.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS - design with development in mind, and ability to work closely with the E-commerce team to create required assets for pages or projects.
