Enterprise Sales Manager – Europe Foodservice

Role Overview

We are seeking a senior enterprise sales professional to lead expansion into the European HORECA/QSR market.

This is a high-impact role focused on opening new markets, building pipeline from zero, and driving full-cycle enterprise sales — from first contact through pilot and rollout.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage large HORECA/QSR chains (200+ locations) across Europe
• Build and manage a self-generated pipeline (Benelux → UK/DACH)
• Engage with HQ-level stakeholders across operations, procurement, and leadership
• Lead full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation, closing
• Own pilot execution and transition to full rollout
• Expand footprint across multi-site organizations
• Represent the company in industry events and conferences

Requirements

• Strong track record in B2B enterprise sales in Europe
• Proven experience in HORECA/Foodservice (with active network)
• Experience selling into multi-site organizations
• Experience leading pilot-to-rollout processes
• Fluent English (business level)
• Willingness to travel frequently
