Enterprise Sales Manager – Europe Foodservice
Role Overview
We are seeking a senior enterprise sales professional to lead expansion into the European HORECA/QSR market.
This is a high-impact role focused on opening new markets, building pipeline from zero, and driving full-cycle enterprise sales — from first contact through pilot and rollout.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage large HORECA/QSR chains (200+ locations) across Europe
- Build and manage a self-generated pipeline (Benelux → UK/DACH)
- Engage with HQ-level stakeholders across operations, procurement, and leadership
- Lead full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation, closing
- Own pilot execution and transition to full rollout
- Expand footprint across multi-site organizations
- Represent the company in industry events and conferences
Requirements
- Strong track record in B2B enterprise sales in Europe
- Proven experience in HORECA/Foodservice (with active network)
- Experience selling into multi-site organizations
- Experience leading pilot-to-rollout processes
- Fluent English (business level)
- Willingness to travel frequently
