This role is responsible for managing billing and collection processes, maintaining direct communication with suppliers and clients, and supporting financial operations across the company. No prior experience is required - this is a great opportunity to grow within a dynamic startup environment.ResponsibilitiesDirect communication with all company suppliers and clientsManaging, executing, and organizing all billing, payments, and collection processesIssuing invoices and receipts to company clientsWorking closely with the company’s bookkeeperSupporting dedicated finance-related projects as neededRequirementsResponsibilities:Collect, review, and organize invoices from Israeli suppliers.Process payments accurately and on time.Follow up on missing or unclear invoices.Support internal teams with supplier payment queries.Assist with annual processes such as audits and reconciliations.Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance purposes.Provide prompt responses and support to supplier inquiries regarding payments.
