Our Team, Your Impact

We are seeking a TPDD Systems & Data Support Analyst to join Teva’s Global Compliance & Ethics team on a temporary, part-time basis.

This role provides technical, systems, and reporting support to the Third Party Due Diligence (TPDD) function and supports operational continuity during a maternity leave period.

The position is hands-on and data-focused, well-suited for a student or early-career professional with strong analytical and organizational skills.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

• Support TPDD case-management systems, including data entry, validation, and updates
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of third-party records and documentation
• Maintain and organize documentation within internal compliance tools
• Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports to support TPDD workflow tracking and oversight
• Assist the TPDD team with monitoring case status and operational metrics
• Identify data or system issues and escalate to TPDD leads as appropriate

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
• Good written and spoken English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools
• Comfortable working with systems, structured data, and reporting tools
• Ability to work independently and manage routine operational tasks
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
  
  

Education & Experience

• University degree not required
• Students currently studying business, economics, information systems, or related fields are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in data management, operations, compliance, or administrative support is an advantage
• No prior pharmaceutical or compliance experience required
