Comblack is hiring a Fullstack Team Lead!
What will you do in this role?
- Lead a team of Fullstack and Mobile developers, including professional development, task prioritization, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Lead the end-to-end development of complex features in a microservices-based system.
- Design and develop distributed architecture in an event-driven environment, integrating with mobile systems.
- Provide technological leadership, conduct code reviews, and implement best practices for development and delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Team Leader or Tech Lead in a software development environment.
- At least 8 years of experience in software development.
- Experience in backend development with Spring Boot.
- Experience working with Kafka and REST APIs.
- Experience in mobile development (React Native, Flutter, or native).
- Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and CI/CD processes.
Significant advantage
- Experience working with AWS and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience in Fintech or banking systems.
