Fullstack Mobile Team Leader

Comblack is hiring a Fullstack Team Lead!

What will you do in this role?

• Lead a team of Fullstack and Mobile developers, including professional development, task prioritization, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Lead the end-to-end development of complex features in a microservices-based system.
• Design and develop distributed architecture in an event-driven environment, integrating with mobile systems.
• Provide technological leadership, conduct code reviews, and implement best practices for development and delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Team Leader or Tech Lead in a software development environment.
• At least 8 years of experience in software development.
• Experience in backend development with Spring Boot.
• Experience working with Kafka and REST APIs.
• Experience in mobile development (React Native, Flutter, or native).
• Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and CI/CD processes.

Significant advantage

• Experience working with AWS and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience in Fintech or banking systems.
