Strategic People Partner / HRBP

HyperStrong Israel is seeking a high-impact leadership support role focused primarily on strategy execution, operational discipline, and organizational scaling, with an additional element of HR and people partnership as the organization grows.

The role sits at the center of the Israeli subsidiary and helps ensure that business priorities, operations, and teams move in alignment with the company’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive execution of strategic initiatives and operational priorities.

• Build and manage KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, and structured reporting.

• Support budgeting, financial planning, and performance tracking.

• Coordinate cross-functional execution across sales, projects, finance, HR, and HQ.

• Prepare executive briefings, reports, and presentations for leadership and global headquarters.

• Structure leadership meetings and ensure follow-up on key decisions and actions.

• Support organizational growth including recruitment of key roles and development of performance frameworks.

• Act as a trusted partner to the President in driving execution and organizational clarity.

Profile

We are looking for a highly structured, analytical, and energetic professional with strong business judgment and excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• CPA or strong financial / analytical background preferred

• 5–8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, finance, or operational leadership

• Experience in top consulting firms or Big 4 advisory – strong advantage

• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to build clear management reports, dashboards, and presentations

• Excellent communication skills and executive presence

• Fluent English (Hebrew an advantage)
