Pixel Pie is a mobile game studio founded by industry veterans and backed by top gaming investors. We’re building Bubble Busters, a multiplayer twist on a wildly successful casual mechanic, and we’re looking for a proactive, forward-thinking User Acquisition Manager with a strong sense of ownership and initiative to join us as our first dedicated UA hire.

What you’ll do 

• Hands-on management of large-scale user acquisition campaigns on gaming ad networks (Google, Unity, DSPs, etc).
• Identify different user segments and match relevant messaging & creative.
• Competitive analysis and research, understanding market trends and deriving insights.
• Work closely with product and monetization teams to understand and influence in-game activities and features.
• Provide ongoing creative feedback and drive continuous optimization.
• Analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and discrepancies.
• Overseeing CPE campaigns on offer walls and rewarded play networks.

What You Bring

• 3+ of years experience in user acquisition for mobile gaming.
• Experience with different advertising platforms (Unity, Applovin, Google Ads, Social Networks, DSPs, etc).
• Experience working with MMPs. 
• Experience working with BI systems (Tableau, Amplitude, etc).
• Great analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, develop actionable recommendations and implement them.
• High Excel proficiency.
• Passion for gaming, growth and hitting ambitious targets.
• Fluent English - a must.
