Technical Product Lead

We’re looking for a highly capable Technical Product Manager to join our team and help build core product areas from the ground up.

This role is ideal for someone who is deeply product-oriented, comfortable working directly with customers, and excited by complex systems, data-heavy environments, and 0→1 product building.

A product-oriented builder who is comfortable speaking with customers, identifying what truly matters, and translating needs into clear, precise product requirements

Someone excited to build new product areas from 0→1 and grow into ownership of a product line or multiple product lines over time

A sharp thinker with strong intuition for data and the ability to work through complex systems with high attention to detail, dependencies, and edge cases

A person with a high sense of ownership, strong judgment, and the ability to move fast in an early-stage environment

What you’ll do

Work directly with customers to deeply understand their needs, workflows, and pain points, and translate them into clear product definitions

Own and deliver features end to end across technical product areas

Build new capabilities from scratch and iterate quickly based on usage, feedback, and results

Partner closely with engineering and other stakeholders to make smart product decisions and drive execution

Help shape core parts of the product that sit at the intersection of data, workflows, and AI

Focus areas

Building a data modeling system for large-scale product catalogs, which will serve as a core backbone of our product suite and a key part of our expansion into a new customer vertical

Replacing manual, labor-intensive ordering workflows with scalable automated systems

Developing AI features, primarily around Generative AI
