Power BI Analyst

We are looking for a Power BI Analyst to join a Finance department in a data-driven organization. This role combines strong analytical capabilities with financial understanding, focusing on transforming financial data into clear business insights.

Role Overview:

• Analyze financial and compensation-related data and generate actionable business insights.
• Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Work with data from multiple sources, including databases, financial systems, and external reports.
• Clean, transform, and model data using Power Query.
• Collaborate closely with Finance stakeholders to support decision-making.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze agent compensation and other financial data from diverse sources.
• Perform financial calculations, including accruals.
• Conduct data reconciliations and controls against financial systems and the General Ledger (GL).
• Define and produce balance-related reports.
• Initiate and implement improvements in reporting and analytical processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Power BI Analyst, Data Analyst
• High-level proficiency in Power BI- mandatory
• Strong experience with Power Query- mandatory
• Excellent command of Excel- mandatory
• Experience working with SQL- mandatory
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to work independently

Significant Advantages:
